Insurance Review Checklist

Use this checklist to review the insurance you already have, identify areas that may need another look and make sure important coverage, beneficiaries, deductibles, household information and policy records are still current.

This checklist is for organization and education. It does not determine how much insurance you need or whether a particular policy is appropriate.
